We’re excited to announce that the new Resource Page User Experience (UX), currently available in Public Preview, will officially move to General Availability (GA) on May 20, 2025.
Your Feedback in Action ✨
You asked, and we listened. The improved design reduces white space, leverages the full screen width, and brings more metadata “above the fold.” Editors can now easily enrich metadata through inline editing available in various views. Additionally, the related resource grids are more flexible, supporting custom metadata and enhanced filtering capabilities beyond just resource type.
Continuous Improvements 🔧
Based directly on your valuable feedback, we’ve been continuously refining the experience. This week we’re introducing:
• New relationship component on the Overview page, improving scan-ability and quick navigation with a lightweight summary of related resources.
• Scroll-to-collapse headers, creating more space for you to focus clearly on content.
• Improved configurability of resource grids, addressing reported issues.
Planning for Transition 🗓️
To help you prepare, feature enhancements will stabilize next week. You’ll have time to explore and customize the layout, moving fields between sections if desired:
• Sidebar, People, and Technical Details now appear on the right sidebar.
• Informational Metadata remains featured in the main body under the “At a Glance” section.
Clear Communication 📢
We’ll soon update the in-app banner to clearly communicate the official “go live” date, ensuring everyone knows when this improved UX becomes the default.
Your insights have been crucial in shaping these updates—we truly appreciate your contributions. If you have further questions or suggestions, please reach out via the in-app feedback tool or directly to your Customer Service Manager. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
